Deb Ward Consulting Group, with Debbie Ward as Director, provides purposeful support strategies to improve student outcomes and work environments by focusing on building staff capabilities, self awareness and stronger teams.

Debbie understands that one of the greatest investments a leader can make is in the development of themselves and their staff to build capacity, sharpen personal behavioural insights and develop strategies that achieve actionable steps.

Debbie has over 40 years experience in education which extends beyond to teaching to principalship, training, facilitation, coaching and consulting. She has been a Principal in schools of varying size and complexities.

Debbie is acknowledged as a leader in her approaches and initiatives to building the leadership capacity of her staff, school leaders, aspirants and leadership teams. She has been a lead member of many Local, Regional and State committees or focus groups and has presented at Regional and State educational conferences.
